The Quick Guide to Every Major Decorating Style

different home interior design styles

If you’re already blessed with a varied array of distinct furnishings and admire the idea of beautifully rendered juxtapositions, this may just be the perfect interior design styles living room to consider. Bring the beach into your house no matter how far you live from the shore with a coastal design style. This seaside aesthetic imitates a slow-paced lifestyle with its light colors and textures. Include shades of blue and white, natural textured fabrics like linen and cotton, and motifs of items you might find on the beach, like driftwood, seashells, and coral. A bit of patina is also encouraged; look for weathered wood, cerused surfaces, or chippy painted furniture. Elements contributing to contemporary style include open layouts, straight lines, glossy finishes, and plenty of breathing space with little ornamentation.

Vintage Style

That said, we’re all for modern interior design styles that combine various elements to create a beautifully realized, one-of-a-kind room. Some typical designs adopted by mid-century modern interior designers include simple fabrications, pared-down forms, molded plastic plywood, and natural-shaped furniture like an egg-shaped chair, for instance. Their styles and designs are often somewhere along the lines of ‘contemporary’ and are super versatile, which makes the transition simply flawless. The Traditional style of home décor has its roots in 18th and 19th century Europe and is based on conventional ideas from that time of how a room should look. Despite hailing from a specific time period, Traditional interiors seek to exhibit a timeless elegance that combines warm tones and cozy fabrics with classic choices of furniture and furnishings.

Think bold color palettes, textures, and patterns brought together to create a rich mix with utility and focal points in mind. When you hear "Scandinavian style," your mind might go straight to the displays at IKEA, but this minimalistic aesthetic goes beyond white walls. To achieve this cozy Nordic look, play with natural light, warm woods, and muted colors.

Contemporary remains an interior design classic

"One of the trends I’m most excited about is a lime plaster wall finish," says Decorist designer Jessie Yoon of Casa Nolita. Read on to see the most important design styles to know, with their key characteristics and insights from designers we love. The jungalow style combines the eclectic vibes of boho with a healthy dose of vibrant colors, tribal and modern prints, and pops of chlorophyll. Maximize your space’s ample natural lighting by liberally peppering houseplants in every nook and cranny, and pull in quirky thrift store finds to create this green-infused freestyle aesthetic. Check out the work of Justina Blakeney, the godmother of jungalow style, for more inspiration. Bohemian style is a joyous, soul-filled mix of eclectic textures, colors and patterns, inspired by art from around the world and layered to create a sense of depth and coziness.

Check out this wide-ranging selection of décors, from Minimalist to Maximalist and everything in between. If Scandinavian style and Japanese wabi-sabi style had a baby, it’d be Japandi. The wabi-sabi element encourages embracing the beauty in imperfections, adding a bit of personality into a room that could otherwise seem cold and austere. The Foyr Community network not only helps interior designers offer more value to their clients but also find jobs in the industry. Minimalism

Stars like Gwyneth Paltrow, Beyoncé, Demi Moore, and Joe Jonas, just to name a few. All of who share her passion for design and excitement for innovation. An artist at heart, Stephanie Hatten founded SH Interiors to create spaces designed with her clients’ tastes in mind. Raised in Louisiana’s rich culture, antiques are one of Stephanie’s passions. This love leads to the fabulous incorporation of one-of-a-kind pieces into her designs.

The most popular colors for contemporary design are neutrals and shades of black and white. Adding a pop of color to your decor can make the look feel more inviting. The philosophy of minimalist interior design can be encapsulated in the phrase “less is more.” This design approach aims to create a sense of simplicity and elegance through the use of minimal furniture and decor. It focuses on simplicity, functionality, and essential beauty, often utilizing a monochromatic or neutral color palette and avoiding clutter. It heavily relies on a white or off-white color palette, emphasizing organic and natural shapes and materials. It emphasizes incorporating natural light and using fabrics and other materials to create cozy, intimate spaces.

Little Crown Interiors

Perhaps something about the boho style of one bedroom calls to you, or something about a mid-century modern living room stands out—save both. For curtains, sofas, armchairs, and cushions, heavy brocade or velvet fabrics are suitable in muted colors such as burgundy, brown, or green. Eye-catching checkered or striped patterns are also welcome in classically furnished rooms and complete an elegant overall picture. When you think of Bauhaus-style furniture, the first things that probably come to mind are sundry armchairs made of tubular steel and black leather. Solid wood pieces are common elements when furnishing a country-style home.

Traditional color palettes feature subdued hues with deeper colors near the floor, transitioning to lighter tones upwards. Woods like mahogany, maple, cherry, and walnut lend a rich and polished ambiance to the space. Furniture is arranged symmetrically to follow the room’s axis, facilitating conversation and reinforcing formality. At the same time, decor often includes paired accessories and symmetrically placed artwork.

Look for retro pieces, especially classics like the Eames lounge chair (look for a replica to avoid spending mega $$$ for an original), to bring this style to your space. However, for a modern Bauhaus, don’t feel restricted to a neutral color palette of just black, white, and gray, but consider incorporating primary colors too. Even patterns are allowed when decorating, if they are composed of simple, geometric shapes.

High contrast color combinations were the popular choice for color schemes. Popular combinations are not only hot pink and green, but also black and white. In addition, over the top chandeliers paired with high gloss or mirrored furniture is also a common combination. While most minimalist interiors have a neutral color scheme, primary colors can also be used as an accent color. Because of the less is more philosophy you’ll find functional furniture is the most essential design element. For example, a coffee table that lifts up to reveal storage is one of the many creative solutions minimal interiors use.

There is also a distinctive presence of strong visual lines, be it straight or curved. Modern Farmhouse is an interior design style that offers a modern twist on its more rustic cousin. It does this through the use of a less cluttered, more minimal approach combined with a pared-back and neutral color palette.

Bohemian interior designers are known for their use of those interior pieces that seem to possess nomadic and ethnic vibes. They also love playing with vibrant colors and rich patterns that appear to be bold and loud. Minimal interior styles and designs consist of ultra-clean lines and streamlined furnishings that have nothing flamboyant or glitzy about them. They also pick on-air and neutral color palettes that provide a great sense of warmth and coolness to the eyes. This take on the interior style and design follows the “Bauhaus principles” that make use of fluid lines, all-white color palettes, wide plank flooring and a strong focus on object proportions.

It’s not about the bling or the flashy; it’s the muted elegance that speaks volumes. Imagine walking into a room and feeling an immediate sense of calm, but also being awed by its understated opulence. Eclectic design is a showcasing of contrasting elements including colors, furnishings and materials. It can easily be overdone to look terrible, but when done well, the contrasting aspects can be tied together to create a cohesive and attractive design. The industrial interiors are often described as ‘truly rustic and mature’ considering it thrives on the liberal use of wooden elements and exposed steel.

The conventional QSAR methods can efficiently predict simple physicochemical properties such as logP and solubility. However, the QSAR prediction of complex biological properties such as drug efficacy and side effects is often not optimal as the methods use small training sets [108] and has coverage of limited chemical space [109]. The big data generated using high-throughput screening (HTS) techniques are huge challenges to traditional QSAR methods and machine learning techniques [40]. AI methods have been developed to deal with this big data of high volume and multidimensional nature to efficiently predict drug efficacy and side effects in animals or humans.

Thus, the generated databases (GDB) predict compounds that can be made of a specific number of atoms; for example, GDB-17 contained 166.4 billion molecules of up to 17 atoms of C, N, O, S and halogens49, whereas GDB-18 made up of 18 atoms would reach an estimated 1013 compounds38. Other generative approaches based on narrower definitions of chemical spaces are now used in de novo ligand design with DL-based generative chemistry (for example, ref. 50), as discussed below. A, More than 200,000 protein structures in the PDB, plus private collections, have more than 90% of protein families covered with high-resolution X-ray and more recently cryo-electron microscopy structures, often in distinct functional states, with remaining gaps also filled by homology or AlphaFold2 models. B, The chemical space available for screening and fast synthesis has grown from about 107 on-shelf compounds in 2015 to more than 3 × 1010 on-demand compounds in 2022, and can be rapidly expanded beyond 1015 diverse and novel compounds. C, Computational methods for VLS include advances in fast flexible docking, modular fragment-based algorithms, DL models and hybrid approaches. D, Computational tools are supported by rapid growth of affordable cloud computing, GPU acceleration and specialized chips.

Regardless of novel methodologies, advancements, and experimental interventions, therapeutic limitations, and drug resistance are still challenging. Also, computational analysis was used to evaluate the Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion, and Toxicity (ADMET) profile, while molecular dynamic simulations were used to gather information on the interactions between these ligands and the protein target. Our findings indicated that Ocotillone and Subsessiline have potential antileishmanial effects at pH 5 and 7, respectively, due to their high binding affinity to MOGS and interactions in the active center.

What happens to the research data of drug molecules that stop at pre-clinical stage?

A number of coefficients are applied in similarity searching with different fingerprint molecular databases (Cosine, Euclidian distance, Forbes, Tanimoto coefficients etc.). An important alternative to solve the antibiotic resistance issue is the identification of new antibiotic targets that may represent novel mechanisms essential for bacterial survival. Such findings may help to overcome the resistance of this bacterium to common antibiotics such as methicillin, fluoroquinolones and oxazolidinones. An example of a recently identified novel antibiotic target is the protein heme oxygenase, involved in the metabolism of heme by bacteria as required to access iron (10–12).

For example, affinity-selection mass spectrometry techniques can be applied to identify binders directly in pools of thousands of compounds33 without the need for labelling. DNA-encoded libraries (DELs) and cost-effective approaches to generate and screen them have also been developed34, making it possible to work with as many as approximately 1010 compounds in a single test tube35. These methods have their own limitations; as DELs are created by tagging ligands with unique DNA sequences through a linker, DNA conjugation limits the chemistries possible for the combinatorial assembly of the library. Screening of DELs may also yield a large number of false negatives by blocking important moieties for binding and, more importantly, false positives by nonspecific binding of DNA labels, so expensive off-DNA resynthesis of hit compounds is needed for their validation.

The idea of designing molecules from a limited set of fragments to optimally fill the receptor binding pocket has been entertained from the early years of drug discovery, implemented, for example, in the LUDI algorithm66. The recently developed virtual synthon hierarchical enumeration screening (V-SYNTHES)26 technology applies fragment-based design to on-demand chemical spaces, thus avoiding the challenges of custom synthesis (Fig. 3). Starting with the catalogue of REAL Space reactions and building blocks (synthons), V-SYNTHES first prepares a minimal library of representative chemical fragments by fully enumerating synthons at one of the attachment points, capping the other position (or positions) with a methyl or phenyl group.

B. Ligand-based drug designing (LBDD)

Last, although the library scale is important, properly constructed gigascale libraries can expand chemical diversity (even with a few chemical reactions32), chemical novelty and patentability of the hits, as almost all on-demand compounds have never been synthesized before. ML algorithms are not new to the CADD area, but the increasing need for AI in areas such as image recognition and text processing promote powerful novel ML algorithms that can handle vast amount of data (29, 30). The refined graphic processing unit (GPU) architecture (31) and its growing computing power further accelerate the applications of ML, and its adaptations in CADD has erupted in recent years. ML models were trained against the resistance profiles of 14 antibiotics across three urgent pathogens using genome sequences as inputs. The ML workflow was verified to be able to generate models not only capable of predicting resistance profiles but also identifying the responsible genes.

A large number of studies have been conducted using the homology modelling approach to generate structures of identified target molecules. Dhanavade et al. generated the structure of cysteine protease, which degrades amyloid beta peptide, an important causative agent of Alzheimer’s disease [34]. Several in silico experiments have been conducted using the modeled structure of cysteine protease to investigate the nature of its binding site. Besides efforts to develop small molecule antibiotics to counteract the evolving drug resistance of bacteria, researchers are also applying biologics-based drugs such as monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) in the battle (137–140).

computer aided drug design

Different methods employed in the identification of new inhibitors from chemical databases include pharmacophore modeling, quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR), molecular docking, quantum mechanics, and statistical learning methods. CADD can be broadly divided into structure-based and ligand-based drug design approaches, both have been widely used in the drug discovery process in the identification of suitable lead molecules. While the structure-based drug design relies on the three-dimensional structure of the target receptor and its active sites to understand the molecular interaction between the receptor and ligand, the ligand based-drug design depends on the knowledge of ligands interacting with the given target receptor [9]. Computer-aided drug design has a large number of success stories and continues to play a vital role in the drug discovery process [10].

Examples include Enamine REAL, Galaxy by WuXi, CHEMriya by Otava and private databases and spaces at pharmaceutical companies. Any lead compound can be modified structurally and maintain its physiochemical properties, thermodynamic, pharmacokinetic parameters, and toxicity (Jogensen, 2009). As per Lipinski’s rule of fie, the drug has to obey a few characteristics such as less than 5 hydrogen bonds and 10 acceptor bonds. Molecular mass should be less than 500Da and its partition coefficient( p- log) shouldn’t be higher than 5 (Lipinsk et al., 2003). The optimization of leads depends only on binding parameters which exhibit information about both drug efficacy and also on the metabolic process that occurs in living organisms. The branch of organic synthetic chemistry involves simplification of the structure, modification, dynamic and kinetics parameters, functional group interconversion, and bonding selectivity/ strength.

The lack of approved drugs or vaccines continues to be a challenge and further necessitates the discovery of new therapeutic molecules. Computer-aided drug design has helped to expedite the drug discovery and development process by minimizing the cost and time. In this review article, we highlight two important categories of computer-aided drug design (CADD), viz., the ligand-based as well as structured-based drug discovery. Various molecular modeling techniques involved in structure-based drug design are molecular docking and molecular dynamic simulation, whereas ligand-based drug design includes pharmacophore modeling, quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSARs), and artificial intelligence (AI). The structural elucidation of pharmacological drug targets and the discovery of preclinical drug candidate molecules have accelerated both structure-based as well as ligand-based drug design. This review article will help the clinicians and researchers to exploit the immense potential of computer-aided drug design in designing and identification of drug molecules and thereby helping in the management of fatal disease.

Some of the hardest cases are targets with cryptic or shallow pockets that have to open or undergo a substantial induced fit to engage ligand, as often found when targeting allosteric sites, for example, in kinases or GPCRs, or protein–protein interactions in signalling pathways. Research suggests inhibition of this enzyme stops the production of β-amyloid, and thus, prevents NDs like Alzheimer's disease [68]. During the last few years, several computational approaches have been used to study the structural behavior of BACE-1 and to design their inhibitors [69-71]. The success of CADD has resulted in its being recognized as an important technique in the research and pharmaceutical fields. There are many examples of the successful application of CADD, but here we describe its successes with respect to the design of drugs for the treatment of NDs.

The lack of approved drugs and vaccines for COVID-19 and the high mortality rate of the pandemic necessitate identification of effective therapeutics. With the availability of the complete genome sequence of SARS-CoV-2 [114] and structural elucidation of the viral proteins through X-ray crystallography, NMR spectroscopy, electron microscopy and homology modeling, COVID-19 research has been rapidly pursued. The main protease is a cysteine protease with a catalytic dyad (cysteine and histidine) in its active pocket [116]. The action of the catalytic activity of Mpro on polyproteins results in the release of the vital proteins required for viral replication by cleaving at least 11 sites around the C-terminal and the central regions of the viral polyproteins with sequence consensus X-(L/F/M)-Q↓(G/A/S)-X [117, 118]. Papain-like protease (PLpro) is the second SARS-CoV-2 proteases potentially targetable with small molecules which cleave three sites, with recognition sequence consensus “LXGG↓XX” [118]. It is an attractive drug target because of its essential role in not only the cleavage and maturation of viral polyproteins and assembly of the replicase-transcriptase complex but also disruption of host immune responses [119].

These methods, including MolPal25, Active Learning110 and DeepDocking111, report as much as 14–100 reduction in the computational cost for libraries of 1.4 billion compounds, although it is not clear how they would scale to rapidly growing chemical spaces. In virtual screening approaches, a synergetic use of physics-based docking with data-based scoring functions may be highly beneficial. Moreover, if the physics-based and data-based scoring functions are relatively independent and both generate enrichment in the selected focused libraries, their combination can reduce the false-positive rates and improve the quality of the hits.

Meet the UC Campus Leads

Both ligand-based and structure-based drug design approaches have been widely used in the drug discovery process against coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19), an infectious viral disease caused by SARS-CoV-2. To date, only a few drug-candidate molecules have undergone clinical trials, and these molecules are mostly repurposed approved drugs (Figure 2). With the ever-increasing demand for drugs, the selection of biologically active structures draws greater attention. The knowledge of structural biology and the power of computers has become possible to exploit the use of computational methods to identify active libraries to resolve the molecular obesity problem. Docking is a useful CADD tool to predict binding orientation of a ligand molecule within target binding site as well as to evaluate its binding strength (70). Traditional docking methods only consider rigid or limited protein flexibility and ignore or treat the contribution of desolvation to binding in an empirical way.

Knowledge of the relationship of these properties to activity (i.e. SAR) can be used by the medicinal chemist to qualitatively design new, synthetically-accessible compounds that can be quantitatively evaluated. When developing SAR using pharmacophore descriptors, the appropriate conformations of the compounds that are responsible for the biological activity must be used. Here we illustrate the development of SAR using our in-house developed conformationally sampled pharmacophore (CSP) protocol (94, 95).

While FEP and molecular mechanics (MM) with Poisson–Boltzmann (PB) and surface area solvation (MM/PBSA) as well as MM/generalized-Born SA (GBSA) methods (107) do account desolvation, these are computational demanding approaches that limits their utility in CADD. A novel method designed to overcome this drawback is the SILCS-MC (19) docking method put forward by our laboratory. This takes advantage of the use of GCMC/MD simulations of the protein in aqueous solution with selected organic solutes to precompute the GFE FragMaps that are free energy functional group affinity patterns that encompass the entire protein and account for protein flexibility and desolvation contributions (108–110). SILCS-MC then involves simply assigning the GFE value for the appropriate FragMap type to each atom in the molecule and summing those values to get the LGFE score. MC conformational sampling is then performed to allow the orientation and conformation of the ligands to relax in the field of the GFE FragMaps. This allows for SILCS-MC docking to be performed in a highly computationally efficient fashion while achieving a level of accuracy similar to highly expensive FEP methods (109).

Strengths and Challenges of CADD in COVID-19 Research

This review article provides useful insights into some of the common in silico methods used in CADD and how these methods have been currently used and can be of help in the drug discovery process of COVID-19. Molecular docking is a computational process widely used for rapidly predicting the binding modes and affinities of small molecules against their target molecules (usually proteins) [35, 36]. This in silico process has achieved a position of great importance in the drug discovery field [21, 36-38]. Molecular docking has emerged over the last two decades and is now considered an indispensable tool for CADD and in the structural biology field, and has been shown to be more efficient than traditional drug discovery methods.

8 Single-step Free Energy Perturbation (SSFEP)

Contributing to this is the steady rise of antibiotics drug resistance leading to the need for new antibiotics (1, 2). Toward the design of new antibiotics, computer-aided drug design (CADD) can be combined with wet-lab techniques to elucidate the mechanism of drug resistance, to search for new antibiotic targets and to design novel antibiotics for both known and new targets. Notably CADD methods can produce an atomic level structure-activity relationship (SAR) used to facilitate the drug design process thereby minimizing time and costs (3, 4). This powerful physical technique is used to predict the positions of each atom in a molecular system with respect to time which is based on Newton's laws of motions governing interatomic interactions [56]. The forces between interacting atoms are estimated using a suitable force field which is used to determine the overall energy of the system [57].

Computational approaches streamlining drug discovery

The simulation results provide clues for the design of new membrane disruptors to treat mcr-1 infections. The development of broadly generalizable or even universal models is the key aspiration of AI-driven drug discovery. One of the directions here is to extract general models of binding affinities (binding score functions) from data on both known ligand activities and corresponding protein–ligand 3D structures, for example, collected in the PDBbind database81 or obtained from docking. Such models explore various approaches to represent the data and network architectures, including spatial graph-convolutional models82,83, 3D deep convolutional neural networks84,85 or their combinations86.

What happens to the research data of drug molecules that stop at pre-clinical stage?

Computer-Aided Drug Design (CADD) strategies have become indispensable tools in modern drug discovery and development. Besides academia, large and small-sized pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies have been using intelligent software to assist in the discovery or optimization of bioactive compounds. This includes, but is not limited to, Aliskiren, Boceprevir, Captopril, Dorzolamide, Nolatrexed, Oseltamivir, Rupintrivir, Saquinavir and Zanamivir [2].

1. Preparation of the Target Structure

For examples, Trylska et al. studied the effects of mutations at the bacterial ribosomal A-site using molecular dynamics (MD) simulations to reveal the origins of bacterial resistance to aminoglycosidic antibiotics (5). He has contributed to the development of a number of technologies in this area, including the creation and maintenance of BindingDB, the first publicly accessible database of protein-small molecule binding data. Dr. Gilson is currently on the faculty of UC San Diego’s Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. The most reliable and accurate region in the 3D structure in the protein-ligand complex is the analysis and prediction of the region in a protein where ligand can occupy its best pose.

The structural elucidation of pharmacological targets of SARS-CoV-2 has helped the researchers in the structure-based virtual identification of inhibitors, and the discovery of few lead molecules against COVID-19 has led to the use of scaffolds that can be optimized through ligand-based drug design. Realizing the possible mutability of this RNA virus and the emergence of drug resistance problems, it is, therefore, necessary to take a step further and consider targeting multiple drug targets that will be more effective and might help in overcoming drug resistance barriers. This book provides up-to-date information on bioinformatics tools for the discovery and development of new drug molecules. It discusses a range of computational applications, including three-dimensional modeling of protein structures, protein-ligand docking, and molecular dynamics simulation of protein-ligand complexes for identifying desirable drug candidates.

In order to achieve this, molecular docking tools are used to generate a set of different ligand binding poses and a scoring function is used to estimate the binding affinities of generated poses to identify the best binding mode. The energy change caused by ligand/receptor complex formation, is given by the Gibbs free energy (ΔG) and the binding constant (Kd) [49, 50]. The binding energy of a complex is predicted by evaluating physicochemical features involved in ligand-receptor binding, which include desolvation, intermolecular interactions, and entropic effects [51]. Sehgal et al. identified a number of compounds active against HSPB8 based on molecular docking results [52].

If your deposit was made by credit card, final payment will be automatic unless you opted out at time of booking. Bookings without full payment at this time may be subject to cancellation without notice. Failure to make payment will be a considered a cancellation by the guest and all applicable cancellation fees will apply. This website will provide you with information on the financial protection that applies in the case of each holiday and travel service offered before you make your booking. At the time of booking, our Cruise Concierge will also confirm the financial protection applicable to your specific holiday.

Please refer to the Tauck Travel Protection Product section above for details on the coverage we can offer you. Besides complying with the Tauck restriction noted above, you should also be sure to research and comply with all airline baggage restrictions relating to your flights to and from your Tauck journey. Airlines have become much more strict in enforcing size and weight limits in recent years, and luggage exceeding airline standards for size or weight may result in expensive overage fees or other consequences. Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed bookings. This optional Cruise and Event Protection must be requested at time of booking and fee must be included in initial payment. Details will be provided with written confirmation of your reservation.

You may have coverage from other sources that provides you with similar benefits but may be subject to different restrictions depending upon your other coverages. You may wish to compare the terms of this policy with your existing life, health, home and automobile policies. If you have any questions about your current coverage, call your insurer, insurance agent or broker.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate service animals on any river cruise for medical and legal reasons. While this tour is very relaxing and the pace leisurely, to enjoy all the tour has to offer, you should be in good health and able to walk reasonable distances, often over unpaved and uneven surfaces. Some of the most memorable sightseeing can only be accomplished on foot. Tauck luggage tags will be provided by your Tauck Director on Day 1 of your itinerary. Please do not attach a Tauck luggage tag to any carry-on items, as the Tauck tags designate luggage that is to be handled and transferred by ground operators and hotel staff during your journey. A stroll through the old town offers the chance to see many traditional homes as well as such key landmarks as the painted covered walkway Chapel Bridge and the beautiful cathedral.

Include copies of the photo page of your passport that contains the date of issuance, the date of expiration and your citizenship. Secure one set of copies in the safe in your room while traveling and leave one set behind with someone at home who will assist you in the event your documents are misplaced, lost or stolen. If you are a citizen of another country traveling internationally, you should contact a consulate or embassy of the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, and France to determine what travel documentation is required. Guests should be able to easily walk one to two miles, which may include climbing one or two flights of stairs and walking over uneven pavement, groomed hiking trails or cobblestones. For any cruises listed, Cruise Critic does not guarantee any specific rates or prices.
